This Mercedes EIS/ESL Testing Tool is designed for on-bench testing of Electronic Ignition Switch EZS and EIS Modules, Electronic Steering Lock ESL (ELV), Mercedes Dashboards, and Mercedes Gateway Modules.
This tester comes with a built-in Electronic Steering Lock (ESL) Emulator and is capable of switching between the old and new versions of steering lock emulators during testing.
The Mercedes Benz EZS, EIS, ELV, ESL, Dash & Gateway Tester enables you to test the Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS/EZS) with the Electronic Steering Lock (ESL/ELV) or with the built in Emulator, if the original ESL/ELV is not available, in Emulation Mode.
You can perform Mercedes EIS/EZS tests for both old (Motorola Based EZS) and new (NEC Based EIS) units without the car, just connect this tester with the EIS ELV Test Cables and test the EIS. You can also validate Key Programming or perform ELV (Steering Lock) repair with this tester.
No ZGW or aftermarket Gateway Module is needed because the Gateway Module is built into this Goldcar Tester.
Compatible with Autel IM Series Programming Tools and has a built in Gbox2!!
