This HU101-PRO-V1.0 is designed to overcome some specific issues encountered when working on the Land Rover Defender 2022+ and Lincoln Continental model which are equipped with recessed key hole, the existing production tool HU101+V3-CUTOUT has difficulty to insert fully for proper operation. This HU101-PRO-V1.0 has extended blade/shaft of 5+mm to allow tension bar operates properly on above models.
Technical Notes:
Although the spacing and depths remain unchanged this HU101-PRO-V1.0 may show some slight difficulties due to the shifted tension point, and cause twisted blade and jammed lifters when operate on traditional HU101 door locks and ignitions, a medium tension is recommended when operating on traditional lock cylinder or ignition.
