Helpdesk Coin System
Helpdesk support operates on a coin-based payment system with two coin types:
- RED Coins – Prepaid funds with a set monetary value per coin, purchased through your Helpdesk account. RED coins can be converted to GREEN coins if needed.
- GREEN Coins – Granted exclusively to FLEX and X17 MASTER tool users. MAGICMOTORSPORT provides 300 GREEN coins per month for use on specified services. GREEN coins cannot be converted to RED coins, do not accumulate, and reset to 300 at the start of each month.
