Key Innovations Returns & Warranty Policy
At Key Innovations, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our goal is to make the return process simple and transparent while ensuring products remain in resalable condition. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return.
All returns require a Key Innovations Return Merchandise Authorization Label (RMA); merchandise without an approved RMA will be returned to sender at their expense. Key Innovations is not liable for any returned merchandise without an approved RMA label. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection. If a returned item is found to be in a condition that cannot be restocked, the customer may choose to have the item returned to them. If so, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Claims for Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Product
All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. This includes lost or damaged packages, missing product, wrong product received, and/or damaged product. Claims reported after 10 days will not be accepted.
Please note that we are not liable for packages once they are in the possession of USPS. By selecting USPS shipping, you acknowledge that any loss or delay is beyond our control and refunds will not be provided for lost shipments.
