If something doesn’t work out, our goal is to make the return process simple and transparent while ensuring products remain in resalable condition. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return.
All returns require a Key Innovations Return Merchandise Authorization Label/RMA; merchandise without an approved RMA will be returned to sender at their expense. Key Innovations is not liable for any returned merchandise without an approved RMA label. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection. If a returned item is found to be in a condition that can not be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return.
Standard Aftermarket Keys & Components
Return Window: 180 days from purchase
Refund Method:
Within 30 days → refund to original payment method
After 30 days → store credit only
Item Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging
Inspection: All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued
Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply, based on condition or reason for return
Return Shipping: Prepaid label provided. If Key Innovations is not at fault, shipping may be deducted from the refund
OEM Refurbished & Keyless2Go Keys
Return Window: 1 year from purchase
Refund Method:
Within 30 days → refund to original payment method
After 30 days → store credit only
Item Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging
Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply, based on condition or reason for return
Return Shipping: Prepaid label provided. If Key Innovations is not at fault, shipping may be deducted from the refund
Warranty: 2-year part-for-part exchange for defects (subject to inspection and verification)
OEM Brand New & Branded Aftermarket Keys
Return Window: 180 days from purchase
Refund Method:

Item Condition: Must be unused and in original sealed packaging
Inspection: Required before refund is issued
Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply, based on condition or reason for return

Equipment (Key Machines, Programmers, Tools, and Accessories)
Return Window: 30 days from purchase if the item is new, unopened, and has not been used
Refund Method: Store credit only (Subject to inspection)
Condition: Must be unused, sealed, and include all accessories
Restocking Fee: Up to 25% if opened or missing components, plus the cost of any missing items
Inspection: Required by our Technical Support team before credit is issued
Warranty After 30 Days: Contact the product manufacturer directly
Return Shipping: Prepaid label provided. If Key Innovations is not at fault, shipping may be deducted from the refund

Residential & Commercial Hardware
Return Window: 30 days from purchase (no returns after 30 days)

Do you offer warranty repair?

- xHorse key machines needing analysis for warranty repair will be shipped to our repair center at the customer's expense. The warranty covers internal parts of the machine, like the motor, motherboards, etc. The warranty does not cover tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps, or accessories. External parts and accessories are not covered by a warranty.
- Analyzed or repaired items will be returned to the customer via free ground shipping.
- All other warranty repairs need to be directed to the manufacturer.
