Return Window: 180 days from purchase
Refund Method:
    • Within 30 days → refund to original payment method
    • After 30 days → store credit only
Item Condition: Must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
Inspection: Required before refund is issued.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be applied based on condition or reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Prepaid label provided. If Key Innovations is not at fault, shipping may be deducted from the refund.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (list not all-inclusive):

• Hazardous materials
• Software
• Tokens
• Digital items
• Garage Sale items
• Long Reach Tools
• Closeout equipment

    • Xhorse key machines needing analysis for warranty repair will be shipped to our repair center at the customer's expense. The warranty covers internal parts of the machine, like the motor, motherboards, etc. The warranty does not cover tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps, or accessories. External parts and accessories are not covered by a warranty. 
    • Analyzed or repaired items will be returned to the customer via free ground shipping.
    • All other warranty repairs need to be directed to the manufacturer.
