Prize Package
1 Grand Prize Winner:
• 1 Free Class at Locksmith Pro Expo 2025 (Winner will select their choice of class, based on availability)
• Round-Trip Economy Airfare (To/from the winner’s location to Dallas)
• 2-Night Hotel Stay at Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel
• Free Admission to the Welcome Event & Expo
• $200 Visa Card for Incidental Expenses (meals, transportation, etc.)
Eligibility:
• Open to locksmith professionals, only.
• Receive one entry for every $500 spent at Key Innovations during promotional period.
• Must be 18 or older.
Sweepstakes Duration:
Start Date: Monday, December 16th
End Date: Friday, January 17th
Winner Announcement Date: Monday, January 20th
Sweepstakes Entry Requirements
How to Enter:
Earn Entries by Spending with Key Innovations: For every $500 spent with Key Innovations, you will earn 1 entry into the sweepstakes.
Example: Spend $500 and get 1 entry; spend $1,000 and get 2 entries, and so on.
No Limit to Entries: You can enter multiple times by spending in increments of $500 with Key Innovations. Each qualifying purchase earns you an additional entry.
Prize Details
Grand Prize Includes:
1 Free Class: Winner may choose from available classes at the Locksmith Pro Expo, subject to availability and schedule. If the chosen class is unavailable, the winner will select an alternative.
Round-Trip Airfare:
• Airfare is provided for a round-trip flight from the winner’s nearest major airport to Dallas.
• Airfare is subject to availability and certain restrictions.
Hotel Stay:
• Hotel accommodation for 2 nights (standard double occupancy room).
• Accommodation must be booked within the event’s official hotel block or within a nearby approved hotel.
Additional Prize Information:
• The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Winner is responsible for any taxes or additional fees not covered in the prize package.
• The prize is non-transferable, and substitutions are not allowed.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
Winner Requirements:
• The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If there is no response, a new winner will be selected.
• The winner may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
Announcement:
The winner’s name will be posted on the official Locksmith Pro Expo website and social media channels.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Requirements: The sweepstakes is open only to locksmith professionals who are U.S. residents aged 18 and over, who are not employees of Automotive Keys Group, sponsors, or their immediate family members.
Prize Conditions: The prize package includes airfare, hotel, and a single class fee, but excludes additional costs incurred by the winner.
Publicity Release: By entering the sweepstakes, the winner agrees to allow Locksmith Pro Expo to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and event materials.
No Purchase Necessary: Purchase is not required to enter or win the sweepstakes.
Void Where Prohibited: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
