Ilco EvoX Key Machine Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The EvoX Key Machine Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Key Innovations, located at 633 Hickory Hill Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to locksmith professionals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of each are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, December 22 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
A. Purchase Entry Method
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $500 USD spent on Sponsor’s website at keyinnovations.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries may be earned; spending increments of less than $500 do not qualify for an entry and will not be carried over.
Returned, refunded, or canceled purchases will void associated entries.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Free Entry
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 5, 2026. Each properly submitted postcard counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
All entries, regardless of method, have equal odds of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one Ilco EvoX Key Machine (the “Prize”).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,800 USD.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash alternative will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on Friday, January 9, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries; technical failures; or any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at keyinnovations.com/terms-conditions
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
